Shipping Information
- Standard Orders: Most standard-sized orders placed before 12:00 PM–1:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.
- Pallet Orders: Please allow up to 2 business days for pallet orders to ship, depending on stock availability.
- Rush & Overnight Orders: For urgent orders, including overnight shipping, please call us directly so we can prioritize your request.
- Late-Day Urgent Orders: While we do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests, same-day shipping for late-day rush orders cannot be guaranteed. If UPS or FedEx has already completed their pickup for the day, we may be able to drop your urgent order at a FedEx location. If you do not have a FedEx account, we will bill you directly for the shipping charges.
